Rutbeek is a free-access recreation park in Enschede where you can relax on the beaches, sunbathing lawns and in the water, but also play in the forest playground, walk, cycle, and enjoy a nice barbecue with family or friends at one of the barbecue spots.
From October through March, dogs on a leash are allowed on the walking paths of Rutbeek's sunbathing lawns.
