Yuzu's kitchen features a great diversity of different Asian cuisines. By choosing "the Orient" as its theme, the menu isn't limited to dishes from any one country or region — the finest dishes and ingredients from the Far East are used throughout. Besides lunch and dinner from the Asian kitchen, there's also a Japanese Teppanyaki section with live cooking by chefs on Teppan hotplates, multi-course menus included. You sit together around the hotplate and watch the chef prepare your dinner on the Teppan with real focus on flavour.
